South Korea-Changdukgung Palace-Tree that looked like a dragon

As we were walking out of the palace, we came across this unusual tree that looked like a dragon.
The tree is very old and need a lot of pillars to support its trunk. This part of the tree was said to resemble the head of the dragon.

The main trunk of the tree was believed to be the body of the dragon.

If you looked at the end of the branch you noticed there is a monkey on top of the dragon claws.

Closer looked at the claws and the monkey.

  1. Hi Alice! Sorry for having taken so long to come back here…
Beautiful pictures of the Changdukgung Palace! The Pavilion reflected in the pond reminded me of Kyoto... and the roof designs are incredible! Also loved the furniture and the amazing tree, monkey included... ;)
Thanks for your comment on Blogtrotter, where I’m still around Rabat, but preparing to move to Casablanca… ;))
Hope you have a great weekend!

THE MOST DISGUSTING THING THEY DID WAS TO SCREEN SHOT MY PHOTO AND CORP OFF MY BLOG TITLE AND REPOST IN THEIR BLOGS AS THEIR OWN.
