Hong kong/Zhuhai/Macau Trip 2012 - Day 5 - Macau - Using the pubic transport in Macau

PLEASE ASK PERMISSION BEFORE YOU RE POST MY PHOTOS ON TO YOUR BLOG. THERE ARE SOME BLOGGERS WHO DID NOT ASK MY PERMISSION AND REPOST MY PHOTOS WITHOUT THE COURTESY OF LINKING BACK TO MY BLOG. THIS IS LIKE STEALING. PEOPLE, I HAVE SPEND MUCH TIME TAKING PHOTOS AND DOING HOMEWORK ON MY TRAVELLING INFORMATION AND KINDLY SHARE THESE INFORMATION TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN THEM. IF NECESSARY I WILL POST SCREEN SHOT OF YOUR BLOG TO SHOW YOUR BAD MANNERS OF STEALING MY PHOTOS. THE MOST DISGUSTING THING THEY DID WAS TO SCREEN SHOT MY PHOTO AND CORP OFF MY BLOG TITLE AND REPOST IN THEIR BLOG.

Time to do some sightseeing. It was easy to move around in Macau using the public transport. Right infront of the hotel (Hotel Lisboa) that we stayed was the bus stop.

It was difficult to understand the signboard on where the bus was heading as we were tourists. But there was a visitor information booth between the bus stops, so we can easily get information from the customer service officer.
But what if there's no information booth from other bus stops in other parts of Macau. We found this site where they had a very useful bus guide. We printed it out before we head to Macau and it was really useful to us.  Do check for free shuttle bus that some hotels provided. (Eg. Venetian Hotel and Sands had free shuttle bus to and fro from each hotel cause they were under the same management.)  Also some hotels have free shuttle bus to airport but not all hotels.  While majority hotels provided free shuttle bus to Gongbei Border and ferry terminals.

You might like to view Metropolasia for the full bus routes guide to help you move around in Macau from point A to point B.
