Seoul and Busan Trip 2013 - Jeongdong-gil or Deoksugung Doldam-gil (Deoksugung Stone Wall Road)

After watching the ceremony, we walked to Jeongdon-gil or Deoksugung Stone Wall Road which is just beside Deoksugung Palace.

Also known as ‘Jeongdong-gil road,’ Deoksugung Doldam-gil (Deoksugung Stone Wall Road), is the road along Deoksugung Palace’s stone wall and is a popular place for dates.

It was a pleasant walk in the cool weather and we could also enjoy the local scenes as well as local shops and street hawkers.

This stretch of road is popular for viewing autumn foliage but so disappointed we were 1 week too early for autumn but could not help it as hubby could not take leave during that period.

There were many interesting cafes and shops along this stretch of road too. Creative way to decorate the plant.

Lots of interesting buildings could be found here.

We stumbled across Jungmyeongjeong Hall that used to be the imperial library. You can read more information about this building from visit korea.

Finally, we headed back to City Hall Station to take the subway train to our next destination.

Saw this cafe in the station with interesting wordings. Can you guess what it is? (See photo - circled)

PLEASE ASK PERMISSION BEFORE YOU RE POST MY PHOTOS ON TO YOUR BLOG. THERE ARE SOME BLOGGERS WHO DID NOT ASK MY PERMISSION AND REPOST MY PHOTOS WITHOUT THE COURTESY OF LINKING BACK TO MY BLOG. THIS IS LIKE STEALING.

PEOPLE, I HAVE SPEND MUCH TIME TAKING PHOTOS AND DOING HOMEWORK ON MY TRAVELLING INFORMATION AND KINDLY SHARE THESE INFORMATION TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN THEM.

IF NECESSARY I WILL POST SCREEN SHOT OF YOUR BLOG TO SHOW YOUR BAD MANNERS OF STEALING MY PHOTOS.

THE MOST DISGUSTING THING THEY DID WAS TO SCREEN SHOT MY PHOTO AND CORP OFF MY BLOG TITLE AND REPOST IN THEIR BLOGS AS THEIR OWN.
