Siem Reap Trip 2014 - Terrace of the Elephants

We were supposed to cover about eight temple ruins but think we skipped a few cause besides getting tired, sorry to say and frankly speaking a bit bored hahaha. Hubby and Brother in law did covered quite a bit of the sightseeing except sis and me. Guess we were too busy chatting and resting. At our age, we really do not have the energy and stamina.

Nearer to the car park, were the Terrace of the Elephants, it was part of the walled city of Angkor Thom.

We had to look for our driver and van in the car park after about two hours of sightseeing of the ruins.

There were many vendors trying to get tourists to buy their wares/souvenirs from them. You really need to bargain with them but glad that they ignore us cause they were too busy chasing after the big bus load of china tourists hahaha.

In our van, we saw more temple ruins being restored. Really fascinated by the rich history of Angkor Thom.
