Japan Trip 2015 - Day 8 - Marunouchi - Tokyo Station, Imperial Palace,Marunouchi Building
Our next sightseeing was in Marunouchi, this is where Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace were situated.
Easy to travel to Tokyo Station from Shinjuku, just head for the Marunouchi Subway Line in Shinjuku Train Station.
The guide book shows great details about Marunouchi.
Tokyo Station was beautiful and is a Renaissance style red brick building. It was restored as a two storey station building after the war, but was reconstructed in its original form in 2012.
Took this photo from Marunouchi Building facing Tokyo Station, there's lots of construction going on around Tokyo Station.
The imperial palace is just a short walk from Tokyo Station.
We could not go inside the palace but just outside the palace where there's a park and the bridge is a good place to have a photo taken.
We had lunch in an Indonesia restaurant in Marunouchi Building facing Tokyo Station, the building comprises of office, shops and restaurants.
Hubby had mee goreng (fried noodles)
While I had nasi goreng (fried rice)

PEOPLE, I HAVE SPEND MUCH TIME TAKING PHOTOS AND DOING HOMEWORK ON MY TRAVELLING INFORMATION AND KINDLY SHARE THESE INFORMATION TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN THEM.
IF NECESSARY I WILL POST SCREEN SHOT OF YOUR BLOG TO SHOW YOUR BAD MANNERS OF STEALING MY PHOTOS.
THE MOST DISGUSTING THING THEY DID WAS TO SCREEN SHOT MY PHOTO AND CORP OFF MY BLOG TITLE AND REPOST IN THEIR BLOGS AS THEIR OWN.
