South Korea Trip 2025 - Day 7 - Seoul Bongeunsa Temple

Day 7, went to our favourite cafe near our hotel, had the famous salt bread. Salt Bread likely originated from Japan and gain popularity in Korea. I can understand why after eating it. We had salt bread for the rest of our breakfast till we leave South Korea.
After breakfast, we took the subway to visit Bongeunsa Temple. It is easily accessible via Bongeunsa Station Exit 1. Go straight and turn right to the temple. (source)

Bongeunsa Temple is one of the popular temple in Seoul and just opposite Coex and the famous Starfield Library.

Great place for many beautiful photos of the temple and surroundings.

The statue of buddha is about 23 metres tall. It is a statue of Mireuk - bul also known as Maitreya or the Future Buddha.

Spring blooms in the temple, many beautiful flowers.

PLEASE ASK PERMISSION BEFORE YOU RE POST MY PHOTOS ON TO YOUR BLOG. THERE ARE SOME BLOGGERS WHO DID NOT ASK MY PERMISSION AND REPOST MY PHOTOS WITHOUT THE COURTESY OF LINKING BACK TO MY BLOG. THIS IS LIKE STEALING.

PEOPLE, I HAVE SPEND MUCH TIME TAKING PHOTOS AND DOING HOMEWORK ON MY TRAVELLING INFORMATION AND KINDLY SHARE THESE INFORMATION TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN THEM.

IF NECESSARY I WILL POST SCREEN SHOT OF YOUR BLOG TO SHOW YOUR BAD MANNERS OF STEALING MY PHOTOS.

THE MOST DISGUSTING THING THEY DID WAS TO SCREEN SHOT MY PHOTO AND CORP OFF MY BLOG TITLE AND REPOST IN THEIR BLOGS AS THEIR OWN.
