Perth, Western Australia Trip 2019 - Day 7 - My Friend's Garden in Perth and time to say bye bye to Perth

After dinner, went back to my friend's house to pick our boxes of persimmon fruits that we left in her house. Before heading to the airport, we visited her garden. Wow her garden is so big and looked like an orchard. Lots of fruit trees. She grew lemons, mango, oranges,guava, avocados, longan, persimmon and some vegetables. Hahaha, We joked we dont have to visit any fruit orchard, just visit her garden, will do. We had a great time picking fruits from her garden.

Lemon Trees - they smell so nice and the skin so smooth, leave a nice fragrance on our hands for long. Looked different from the ones we bought from our market back in Singapore.

After all the excitement in picking the fruits, time for us to say farewell to our friends. She drove us to the airport and we took the midnight flight back home to Singapore.

Perth, Western Australia Trip 2019 - Day 7 - Last dinner in Perth before flying back to Singapore

Our last dinner in Perth before flying back to Singapore. Our Australia's friends must have missed Asian food, brought us to Victoria Park and had Malaysian Food. So surprised to find mee pok, KL mee, etc in Perth hahaha. The owners must be Malaysian.

Perth, Western Australia Trip 2019 - Day 7 - Last minute shopping at Hays Street and Murray Street, Perth CBD

As our flight was at past midnight, we left our luggages with the hotel reception and check out at 11 am. We headed to Hay Street and Murray Street for some last minute shopping.

We chanced upon London Court and I managed to shop for some babies clothes for my future grandnephew due next month.

London Court is a three- and four-level open-roofed shopping arcade located in the central business district in Perth, Western Australia.

We had korean lunch in one of the food court in Hay Street.

Perth, Western Australia Trip 2019 - Day 6 - Dinner at PappaRich in Westfield Carousel

To end the day, we spend our last night shopping at Woolworths Supermarket in Westfield Carousel. Our last chance to purchase all the snacks and goodies. We were happy to find Papparich Restaurant which serve asian food. We missed our local food.

Perth, Western Australia Trip 2019 - Day 6 - Persimmons Fruit Orchard

Our final sightseeing was to the Persimmons Fruit Orchard. We three city old senior folks were so excited. But as it was near closing time, we dont get to pluck the fruits except taking photos and purchasing the fruits. It was autumn and the leaves turn brown and orange, a beautiful sight. We each bought one box full of Persimmons and dates and some other fruits too. I wonder how we three senior folks going to carry all these home haha. Luckily our Australia friend help us bring them to store at her house first and bring to the airport instead of us carrying all to the hotel. Thank goodness.
