Japan Trip 2015 - Sapporo - Day 3 Shiroi Koibito Park - The Chocolate Factory Part 1
Day 3 - it was really cold today, temperature dropped to 15 degrees celsius but feel colder cause it started to rain. My hands were freezing and I was not warmly dressed so were many tourists. Never realised summer can be so cold in Sapporo.
Today we decided to visit Shiroi Koibito Park, took the Tozai Subway line bound for Miyanosawa Station from Sapporo Station. Was about 20 minutes ride.
It was about less than 10 minutes walk from Exit 2 of Miyanosawa Station. See the below map for the direction.
Very easy to find the factory, it had the huge signboard that stated CHOCOLATE FACTORY.
It had a huge rose garden - will post the photos of the roses in later posts.
Entrance to the park is free but to enter to view the factory, need to pay 600 yen for adult and 200 yen for students and younger but free for children under age of three.
You can view more information from the official website of Shiroi Koibito Park.
There's a coffee house on the upper floor, the view is great too.
