Hong kong/Zhuhai/Macau Trip 2012Day 6 - Macau - Taking the bus to Macau Aiport

PLEASE ASK PERMISSION BEFORE YOU RE POST MY PHOTOS ON TO YOUR BLOG. THERE ARE SOME BLOGGERS WHO DID NOT ASK MY PERMISSION AND REPOST MY PHOTOS WITHOUT THE COURTESY O - F LINKING BACK TO MY BLOG. THIS IS LIKE STEALING. PEOPLE, I HAVE SPEND MUCH TIME TAKING PHOTOS AND DOING HOMEWORK ON MY TRAVELLING INFORMATION AND KINDLY SHARE THESE INFORMATION TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN THEM. IF NECESSARY I WILL POST SCREEN SHOT OF YOUR BLOG TO SHOW YOUR BAD MANNERS OF STEALING MY PHOTOS. THE MOST DISGUSTING THING THEY DID WAS TO SCREEN SHOT MY PHOTO AND CORP OFF MY BLOG TITLE AND REPOST IN THEIR BLOG.

After checking out of Lisboa Hotel at 12 noon, we left our luggages at the reception and roam around the city for some last minute shopping and purchasing the almond cookies and othe snacks. :) Staying at Lisboa Hotel, Macau is really very convenient, the bus stop is just right infront of the hotel. As we dont have many pieces of luggages and we have plenty of time to kill as our flight was a night flight, so we decided to take the bus to the airport.

There were several bus stops infront of Lisboa Hotel, take the bus stop D for the airport.
There were two buses to the Macau Airport MT1 and MT2, so we could take either buses.

I could not remember how much the fare was, but it was really cheap, think was less than MOP3.  Hahaha there were only three of us in the whole bus from our hotel to the airport, just like taking a private car.

There were an announcement and a screen in the bus stating the location of the next bus stop. It's easy to spot the airport, the bus stop should be the last stop but the bus dont terminate at the airport, think it was a loop service.  As soon as we alight from the bus, there were passengers going up the bus from the airport. If unsure, just ask the driver to alert you when he reached the airport.
Bye Bye Macau, not sure I will visit very soon cause I have already visited Macau three times. :)

Hong kong/Zhuhai/Macau Trip 2012 - Day 5 Macau - Lisboa Hotel - Antiques

Over at the sister's hotel of Grand Lisboa, is Lisboa Hotel, the hotel that we stayed during our holiday in Macau, there was also a collection of beautiful antiques at the hotel's lobby.
I love most of all was this Jade Clock. The designs were so beautiful and workmanship very good too.

Dragons were favourite with the chinese and found in this very huge antique bowl.

Besides antiques along the hotel's lobby, I also saw many young female escorts walking along the lobby trying to look for customers. Wonder why they allowed them to wander around the lobby. Easily to spot them cause of the little clothes they wore...lol.

Hong kong/Zhuhai/Macau Trip 2012 - Day 5 - Macau - Grand Lisboa - Antiques

After checking out the casino in Grand Lisboa, we spend time admiring some antiques in the hotel lobby and also saw a bust statue of Stanely Ho, is sometimes nicknamed "The King of Gambling.  You can read more about him from wikipedia
The lobby in Grand Lisboa was so spacious and beautiful. Oh do check out the performance inside the Casino.  When I was there, Macau's Crazy Paris Show dancers was performing there, too bad I could not use my camera inside the casino.
These cute figures at the customer service desks looked so adorable.
Not to be missed must be these very beautiful and expensive antiques in the lobby.

Hong kong/Zhuhai/Macau Trip 2012 - Day 5 - Macau - Night Street Scenery

It was nice to walk in the cool air at night and see the beautiful lights around Macau.  All the lights and signs made it a very vibrant city.
It pays to stay near to Senado Square, we came here at least three times during the day and night. The night scene was so beautiful and the weather was so much cooler than the day.
Too bad I still do not know how to take nice night photos lol.  Otherwise I have a nice night photo of the Ruins of St Paul in the night.

Hong kong/Zhuhai/Macau Trip 2012 - Day 5 - Macau - Taipa Village

From Venetian Hotel, Macau, we took bus no. 15 to Taipa Village.  It was just a short trip there. It was easy to recognize the area, just look out for lots of tourists hanging around the street.
Not to be missed is the food street and as usual we found many pastry shops selling the famous almond cookies.
Just this short alley, we found two or three shops of Kok Kei.
Further down, we made our way to the original and famous Macau Pork Chop Burger. I almost cannot recognised the place, cause the shop looked smaller. You can view my previous trip of the shop back then.
You can alight at the bus stop opposite the shop which was situated near the circus or roundabout.

Hong kong/Zhuhai/Macau Trip 2012 - Day 5 - Macau - Venetian Hotel and Cotai Strip

Inside Venetian Hotel, Macau, there's a food court. Lots of different food from different ethnics and countries.
Saw a stall selling Singapore and Malaysian food but still think the food back home is more suited to my taste buds.
Oh I just had to take photo of the beautiful toilets in Venetian Hotel. It was so clean and well decorated.
Outside Venetian Hotel, there were so many other hotels and casinos along the Cotai Strip. We did not visited any other hotels cause we had other places to go and also our legs were aching from too much walking lol.
