South Korea Trip 2025 - Day One - Singapore Airlines Business Class - Inflight Service

Finally, it was time to board the Singapore Airlines plane, so excited hahaha. We boarded first due to business class priority and there's no first class on board.

First time taking business class, so very happy and excited. Like a mountain tortoise kekeke. Quickly scan around my surroundings and my seat. Beside the seat is a small cabinet where there's a bottle of mineral water and the noise cancelling headphones.

It really works wonder without hearing the noise engine sounds, etc. But the headphone is bulky and when comes to sleeping, I always love to listen to music, the headphone dont allow me to sleep comfortably. I just removed the headphone and doze off to sleep without listening to music.

They also provided bedroom slippers, socks and eye masks.

I requested for a teddy bear as souvenir. Normally the teddy bear was reserved for children or celebrating birthdays, anniversary, etc. Am lucky they have stock for one teddy bear for me. So happy.

The teddy bear has the Singapore Airlines logo on the back of the dress.

Letting the SQ teddy bear sleep in my hotel bed hahaha.

The amenity kits are given on request for flights above 6 hours.

Singapore Airlines (SIA) customers flying in Business Class have a new amenity kit  with New York-based slow perfumery brand Le Labo Fragrances, it comprises three products – hand pomade, face mist and lip balm – all thoughtfully curated and placed in an exclusive pouch.

After usage, the pouch can recycle as a passport holder.

The best part of the flight was able to stretch my legs and recline and sleep on full flat bed.

As ours was a red eye flight, we were served some fruits and bread. Hubhy sat beside me.  We could have the meal after take off or 2 hours before reaching Seoul.  We choose the have the meal 2 hours before reaching seoul so we could sleep a little first.

I pre order the Book the Cook meal. I had the lobster . It was delicious and really had a lot of meat.

Lobster Thermidor

A classic French dish, where the lobster meat is cooked in a rich cream sauce, enhanced with Cognac and Dijon mustard, with the addition of button mushrooms and herbs fine, the Lobster is returned to the shell, topped off with grated cheddar cheese, and finished off to create an oven-browned cheese crust.

Finally, after 6 hours enjoying the inflight service and sleeping on the full flat bed, we already arrived in Seoul, South Korea. Wish the flight was longer hahaha.

South Korea Trip 2025 - Day One - Changi Airport Silverkris Lounge (Singapore Airlines Business Class)

First Trip in 2025, so happy my youngest son sponsored our airfares. So happy that he chose business class for us. This is the first time for me taking business class. So going to enjoy the best treatment and thank you to my son for the gift. :)

Priority to check in and fast too for Singapore Airlines Business Class. After checking in, of course we wasted no time in going to the Silverkris Lounge to eat hahaha. We supposed to take the flight from Terminal 2 Changi Airport, we decided to try both the Silverkris Lounges in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 since we have plenty of time. 

We took the skytrain inside the transit area from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3.

Was so surprised to see so many people in the the Silverkris Lounge. We were allowed to have the buffet free of charge since we hold business class tickets.

There's live cooking station in this lounge.

After having our late dinner at Terminal3  silverkris lounge, we took the skytrain back to Terminal 2 business class lounge.

Lesser food than  Terminal 3 silverkris lounge, but we still have some coffee and cakes hahaha.

As it was past midnight, the lounge is very empty.

Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar Trip 2024 - Day 13 and Day 14 - Bye Bye Spain - Singapore Airlines - Barcelona to Singapore transit in Milan.

Day 13, early morning 6 am check out of hotel to head to the airport for our journey back home to Singapore. As it was still early, the hotel breakfast restaurant was not open, we were given breakfast in a bag, consist of one bottle of mineral water, a bottle of orange juice , sandwich and apple. Left our mineral water in the hotel haha, could not bring the water into immigration at the airport.

Inside Barcelona airport were shops before going to the immigration for security checks.

After immigration check of passports, we went for last minute shopping at the duty free shops.

At the boarding  gate were vending machines, where we could purchase drinks and sandwiches and snacks.

First flight was Barcelona to Milan about 2 hours then from Milan to Singapore about 13 hours, stop over in Milan for one and half hour for cleaning and security check.

It was quite spacious for me in the Singapore Airlines plane, I am not a very tall person (1.56 m)

For the second flight, we had two meals, the first meal was rice with sambal fish and vegetables

The second meal was seafood mee hoon

And Omelette, meat balls with pasta

That's the end of my Spain, Portugal and Gibraltar Trip Story. A very tired trip indeed. Stay tune for my next trip next month to South Korea for Cherry Blossom.
