Day 3 breakfast at another cafe (lots of cafe along the whole stretch of Haeundae Road towards the Subway Station)
It costs us 18,600 won (S$17+)
After breakfast a short walk (10 mins walk from Shilla Stay Hotel where we stayed), towards Haeundae Subway. We choose to use the elevator near Exit 5. In Korea, there are so many exits that had so many stairs. We two old folks do not have very strong legs hahaha so we need to use escalator or lifts.
From Haeundae Station, we took the subway to Allak Station and exit One and once out of the station turn left and then turn right and walked straight to Oncheoncheon Stream.
The reason we were there was to watch Cherry Blossom but this year spring was so cold and it actually snow in March and the Cherry Blossom was delayed by a week. So we did not actually see any Cherry Blossom but we still visit the stream to take a stroll. As it was my second visit to Busan, I wanted to go to places that I did not visit during my first visit to Busan.
Oh no only saw the buds of Cherry Blossom. It would be very beautiful if they bloom. So sad.
Anyway, I spotted some Plum Blossom blooming along the streets.
After visiting Oncheoncheon Stream, we took the subway to Shinsegae Centum City located at Centum City Station.
Shinsegae Centum City(department store) is registered in the Guiness World Record as the largest department store in the world.
It is quite huge and had about 14 floors with shopping, restaurants, spa land, ice rink, golf range, etc
We had lunch in the food street where there are many small restaurants in there.
After a long day out, went back to Haeundae and had some vanilla and macha ice cream and went back to the hotel to rest.
At night, we took the subway to Seomyeon Shopping district at Seomyeon Station.
There's a large underground shopping at Seomyeon Station.
It is equivalent like our Orchard Road. Great place to shop for fashion at reasonable prices.
