After driving for couple of hours, we arrived at the Rio Antirrio Bridge
The Rio–Antirrio Bridge is one of the world's longest multi-span cable-stayed bridges and longest of the fully suspended type. It crosses the Rion Strait between the Gulf of Corinth and Gulf of Patras, linking the town of Rio on the Peloponnese peninsula to Antirrio on mainland Greece by road. It opened one day before the Athens 2004 Summer Olympics, on 12 August 2004, and was used to transport the Olympic flame (source)
I love the long bus ride along the sea, listening to songs from my MP4. Soon we arrived at a nice restaurant for lunch.
The setting of the restaurant is so beautiful and love the outdoor seatings. As it was autumn, the cold breeze make dining outside comfortable.
We ordered some pepsi and coffee
Grilled lamb chop
Beef burger
Salad
Their portion were very huge and we shared among the four of us as we were not very hungry after having a heavy breakfast buffet in the morning.
After lunch, we walked to the Olympia museum. It was both indorrs and outdoor museum. The lovely guide explained and guide us through the museum and talked about the history.
The outdoor museum - ruins from the ancient empire.
