This building reproduces the "tiger cages" in which the South Vietnamese government housed political prisoners.
These are the tiger cages, not used to capture tigers but for prisoners. The cage is so small that the prisoners cannot sit properly and got to stoop.
This is very scary and make me sick just viewing the excution blade. Yikes!
